Lights still twinkling on the fences.
"Too cold to put the deer in the garage?
Take down the lights?"

Is there a holiday we're still waiting for?
What's to celebrate?

January 24th — 39 mass shootings
since the start of the year.
We need a holiday from that.
We really do.

January 24th — we should put away the holiday cheer.
the Christmas lights, and the hollow deer.
